These case studies are first person summaries from transcriptions of interviews conducted in 2018 with 9 National Teaching Fellowship (NTF) winners. The interviews explored how they learned to teach and how they continue to develop their teaching, and included a specific question on what ‘Reflective Practice’ meant to them. Text in italics are direct quotes. The summaries are titled according to the main discipline area of the interviewee, however, they would be relevant to a range of disciplines as they are about the individual’s learning process and not the subject they teach.
